Our Work
A look at the studios, control rooms and stages where our production planning takes shape, shown through the stages of the work.
The details behind a clean broadcast
Good transmission is built from small, repeatable steps: placing a light, checking a cable run, listening to a microphone before anyone speaks. These scenes show the settings and tasks that fill most of our working days.

Camera positions on a studio floor
We mark camera positions and cable paths before the set is dressed, so operators have room to move and the shots we plan are the shots the set allows.

Lighting rig above a presenter set
Lights are angled and balanced so faces read well and exposure stays even from one camera to the next, with attention paid to shadows from the set itself.

Microphone check before rehearsal
Each microphone is tested at speaking distance and adjusted for the room, so speech stays clear and handling noise is found well before transmission.

Vision mixing in the control room
The run-of-show is rehearsed against the mixer so cuts, graphics and cues arrive on time, with the director and mixer working from the same page.

Signal routing in the equipment rack
Cabling is labelled and routed so any fault can be traced quickly. A tidy rack is one of the simplest protections a live show has.

Portrait session with softbox lighting
For presenters and guests we set controlled portrait light, then shoot a short sequence so promotional stills match the look of the programme.
